We’ve all agreed to help Rei-chan with some of the preparations for the New Year festival. This way we can also all work together on our own New Year’s party that we want to have at Crown.

Rei-chan was a little upset, feeling as though she would be forcing us, and being a slave driver, but I agree with Mako-chan that if we all help it could be very fun, and it would certainly mean that we can spend more time together as friends.

I actually got to use the pool today for the first time in a long time. I almost forgot how great the water feels, and it has a certain something extra too it now. I feel energized even if I’ve swum for a long time.
I wonder if the others have found similar things to do with fire and weather. Thinking about it Rei-chan worked with fire quite a bit before this, so I wonder if we had a predisposition for such things. I have always really liked swimming. I remember when I was small I used to have dreams of being in a lake. The scenery was nowhere I have ever seen here and now and I can’t really hone into the image any more to try and write it down, but I would be floating, and dive deeper and deeper…

Happy Holidays

Filed under: free time — Ami @ 8:53 pm

I think this has to be one of the best winters I’ve had, to be able to be with friends as well as family at this time of year is so great ^^
Senshi-tachi are planning a get together for the New Year, a second festival after Rei-chan is through with everything she has to do for the temple. It’s been quiet for a little while, perhaps the appearance of Sailor Venus, as the princess, has put off the enemy, especially with the potential destruction of one of their shittenou. They’d be down to three, Mako-chan said the blonde one said he was one of four–although we hadn’t seen him for a while, when the white-haired one appeared and disappeared.
We also haven’t been able to work with Sailor V at all, so we’re a little lost on that respect, but perhaps soon…
My grandparents got me some kawaii nezu pajamas.

I know there are a lot of my online acquaintances who are in various places around the globe and I will wish them a Happy Christmas for tomorrow. A belated Blessed Yule from Tuesday. A Happy Chanuka, and Good Kwanzaa.

Yesterday was not so good.
After Mako-chan and Usagi-chan had gone to the hospital Rei-chan and I had a long discussion with Luna about things. We found some information about a convergence of the planets with ‘V’ in attendence and decided to check it out.
We discovered very quickly it was actually a trap, and called Usagi-chan and Mako-chan; then I remember waking up and I was already transformed and so was Mars.
I vaguely remember seeing a white haired man, dressed all in white. He had the creepiest eyes. I know we tried to fight him…it’s all very hazy, and it makes me so worried about our future encounters…the shittenou are so powerful, and we’re so uncoordinated…

Today was…interesting though.
When we were meeting Usagi-chan realized she had forgotten the notebook that Aino Minako signed for her, and left it at the hospital, so she went running back to get it.
Later on Rei-chan and I were walking the part of our home journey that we share, when we saw a youma. We called Usagi-chan, given Mako-chan had a doctor’s appointment, and by the time she caught up with us it had gone dark.
We weren’t doing very well as the shittenou from the mansion, who had been after the crystal there, showed up. We were bound and he took Sailor Moon by the throat and was demanding we turn over the princess and the crystal, when someone yelled at him.
Sailor V had shown up. She cut us free, and told us that she was the princess he was looking for. Her fuku changed, and she had a white cat, like Luna with her, the cat said she was the princess. We defeated the youma, and then the white haired shittenou from yesterday showed up, and tried to attack her. Tuxedo Kamen stepped in front to save her, but V-Venus, she’s very strong–didn’t even have to call her attack just used it and defeated the shittenou, as he disappeared he called Tuxedo Kamen ‘Master…Endymion’.

The red-haired one left…I’m so confused.

Venus–Moon–Princesses.

I was right. Usagi-chan was frantic when she finally showed up to the meeting at Crown today. After a few rounds of her explaining she wanted to go and see the hospital that Aino-san was at, and the rest of us trying to assure her that Aino Minako was probably doing just fine, Mako-chan agreed to go with Usagi-chan to give well-wishes outside the hospital, while Rei-chan and I continue our research.
Rei-chan feels that the two of them will probably not remain outside the hospital for very long. I have to reluctantly agree but there’s not much we can do. If we show up to try and stop them we would just make things worse.

Mama-san came home just now and was telling me that Aino Minako was at her hospital. I can imagine Usagi-chan is just frantic if she has heard the news. Apparently it was only a minor thing…she was almost hit by a vehicle that was out of control, but media some times has a habit of blowing things out of proportion, and I have a feeling in Usagi-chan’s mind it will escalate to something drastic. I would call her, but I don’t want to worry her if she doesn’t yet know, maybe by the next day Aino-san will be out of hospital. Although Mama-san was saying she might be grateful for a chance to rest in the relative peace and quiet of the room she has. I suppose so.

We got into one of the strangest fights we’ve been in for a while. I was at the library, any book with a princess in it started melting, it was really strange. I left, and found the others, and we faced off against a youma that was very strong. It used it’s voice to attack us, and was keyed to princesses, it seemed.
When Makoto and I arrived Mars had already been felled by the youma, it’s power was very tricky because it was both physical and aural and we were not able to hold it off by any means, leaving Sailor Moon by herself.
She was able to defeat the youma, and we were revived, then a woman who called herself ‘Queen Beryl of the Dark Kingdom’ showed up, apparently she’s the power behind the shittenou, and all she wanted to do was gloat to us that she was going to destroy us. She called us ‘wreckage of the Moon Kingdom’ before she disappeared.

Luna said she had been meaning to tell us that the princess we were looking for is the princess of the Moon. But if that’s the case does that mean that Usagi-chan? or is she just the leader of the Moon Princess’s guards and that’s why she’s Sailor Moon? Usagi got very upset at the Kaguya production that the children were putting on at the shrine. Apparently this morning she’d been having a big fight with her mother and that was what the bag and everything were about. She’d been trying to run away. Now she’s afraid that her mother isn’t really her mother and none of us really knew what to say…this Beryl person has thrown things for a loop. I would have thought she was lying to mess with us, until Luna said what she did.
Luna took her back home. The rest of us, I think are still shell-shocked. That was a powerful youma, there doesn’t seem any way that we’re prepared to handle this, and now the Moon Princess? so, what about Sailor V?

What–?

I ran into Usagi-chan just now as I was coming to the library. She seemed a little agitated, and thought I was going to cram school. I told her where I was actually going. She just seemed off, worried, upset; she was carrying a huge bag with her, but said she wasn’t going anywhere. I don’t know for sure, but I feel as though something awful might have happened. Why wouldn’t she talk to me about it? Why won’t she answer her phone?

We’ve been having a break in the youma sense. I’ve been able to catch up on some school work, and I’ve been helping Usagi-chan as well.

We haven’t seen all that much of Rei-chan. Hikawa is hosting a children’s festival this weekend and so she’s been helping them to prepare.

Usagi-chan, Mako-chan and I had a study session yesterday, until they got into a brief argument about Tuxedo Kamen again. I’m finding I really don’t like it when things like that happen because I feel so torn. I wish I had more information about the situation as a whole so that I could feel I was making a better decision.

Mako-chan was very upset with Usagi-chan today when we were discussing the weekends happenings. Apparently she spent a good portion of yesterday afternoon and evening following Tuxedo Kamen around. Because of what she saw of him she is certain that he is an enemy of ours.
I would like to think that Usagi-chan has demonstrated an accurate judgment of people’s character so far…given despite rumors about the rest of us she has proven that we are trustworthy. There are just so many unknowns about Kamen, and Sailor V even told her to stay away from him, and V has been working as a senshi for so much longer than the rest of us, and does seem to be working on our side…I wish there was a way to know more, but Kamen’s focus for the most part does seem to be Sailor Moon, I don’t know if any of the rest of us would run into him in a manner we could ask other questions.
Rei-chan was grateful to me for taking her place, but I didn’t really do very well. I’m just glad I could spare her from a situation she really didn’t want to be in.
Poor Usagi-chan seems so torn about Kamen and everything though. I wish there was more I could do to find out about him, so I could spare her that also.
