Kiddy

Name: Kiddy
Age: early 20s
“DOB”: somewhere around age 7.

Kiddy came around after we were attacked, as far as we can currently tell she and Ami split from Sarah and Ami became the main fronter. Kiddy functioned as a protector. She also attended our ballet classes, not all the time, but quite often. She had a brief stint as main fronter after we’d finished with college and already started at the library. Ami was having an identity crisis and time was split between Kiddy and…I’m honestly not sure entirely. Max was definitely out very often given the fact that several of our friends really started to pick up on the variations. We realize this now given that’s when a good chunk of our child-hating kicked in while at the library, and the “scary temper” that several co-workers remarked on. She is not very active any more because she has issues with being a mother; this is more fear that she may harm the munchkin in some way so she mostly interacts with hubbie though not as often as he would like. She’s very displeased with the state of our body and health. We keep trying to point out that she would really help us stick to things and do something about it given she is very vain.

Credit/Disclaimer: This is blanket for each of these, not just this specific sim. I didn’t make any of the skins in the Sims2 pictures. I just compiled them. If they’re not original Maxis skins. The majority in this are from Mod the Sims 2 or Parsimonious although some of the punky colored hair is from Digital Perversion and a lot of the ‘regular but not standard hair’ is from Raon Jena and some of the goth clothes, jewelry & piercings are from Club Crimsyn. If you see some of your Sims art in here that I didn’t credit I apologize I have over 8000 sim skins and meshes on my computer gathered over six years of playing and if some of them came from The Sims Resource which is the other place I’ve frequented when I first got the game back in 2005 their file names are gobbledygook so it’s hard for me to tell where they came from.

    I thank you :)
We had a lot of fun with the exercise. It’s a great idea, if you can do it. There are online places that let you build avatars. I don’t know of any right now.

:) We have The Sims 2 with all but a couple of the expansions so seeing ya’lls project inspired us to work on it. We had made 4 sims based on 4 of our insiders before, but before we were able to save them, the game crashed. MAJOR bummer since it took like a TON of energy to do so haven’t attempted it since. But, back on the horse, so to speak, and tried to get it up and started yesterday only to find that the computer is running slower than it was before and now the game barely will run…it is super super sloooow.

Anyway, once we get it up and running, another thing we had planned to do BEFORE was after we created several Sim counterparts of ourselves is to make a “dreamhouse” and set it up for us to live in. We’re gonna put in a few mods so that we don’t age and certain needs or aspirations are always met just to prevent any of our sim parts from going into despair or getting depressed cuz that could really have an impact on how we are feeling OUTside the game, yanno? Anyway, share this with anybody in ya’lls group cuz we love to connect and are open to ideas as well! :) Take care and have a great day!!

Oh, that sucks! I’ve had that problem before. After the computer crashed and we lost everything it took us several months to re-make the Sims, as we’d just remade them before that, and didn’t have the skins backed up. We’ve made sure each time now to back the Downloads folder up on DVD so that if we have to reinstall the computers again (gods forbid) that we’re able to restore everything with little hassle.

We haven’t moved anyone into a house yet, but that would be fun. We did it in the past putting Rose and the littles in one house, and the older “girls” in another, and the “boys” in another, as there wasn’t enough room in one house to put everyone in it and keep track of things.

I can relate to the cheats idea too. We have done that also. There’s something called the inSIMinator? I think it is which lets you do that or there might be something through the boolProp cheat.
“boolProp testingcheatsenabled true” I think is how it goes, and then you can right click and turn of lot jealousy, turn of aging, add funds things like that.

We LOVE the InSIMinator!! It is awesome and now we have used it for so long it’s rather annoying to play without it. LOL! VERY handy mod!! :) Yeah, I am sure on down the line we will need more than one house. Just starting with a main handful that volunteered to be the first :) Plus, we’re gonna use the cheat that allows more than 8 in the house if needed. The thing I’m not sure how to manage is way on down the line when we add the toddlers and babies. Not sure who all will be handling that but pretty sure we don’t have enough people in that role…but then maybe that will force me to look inside and see if revisions need to be made in the system on how many insiders are assigned to take care of the tiny ones inside, huh?

I need to get a version of it that is compatible to the newest expansion that I have (Mansion & Garden). I’ve tried out Sims3 but I’m not at a point where I like it. It took me a while to get adjusted to the Sims2 from the original and I haven’t played around with Sims3 enough yet.

I’m not sure how you would manage toddlers and babies either. We’re semi-fortunate, or just haven’t uncovered anyone younger than three.

I forgot there was a cheat for adding extra members to households! I will have to try that next time.
