Wow, you're right I do find that hard to believe. I consider Dew my elixir, but unfortunately it's somewhat of an addiction too so I'm trying to cut myself back. I introduced a friend to Dew for the first time last October, but she'd been living in England where they're not so much caffeine fiends as those of us in the States.

I'm glad that someone finds these things useful. I was really clueless until my friend's came and showed me how to do things, so I felt that others might benefit. It looks like it should be simple and then when you sit there with the wraps it's suddenly a whole lot more complicated.
It is fairly straight forward once you know what you're doing, but there are a couple of tricks that if you don't know them you're pretty well stuck.

Oh, yes, it definitely does, and none of them taste the same as when I make it either, even if I try and make it from scratch it never tastes like the restaurant. I've also noticed that even if you try to get them to up the spiciness they still tend to send it very bland...maybe that's just around here.

I wish I'd read your sushi post before I tried making my own sushi last weekend LOL. I really could've used some of your tips right here. Thanks, great tips and photos.
