So today I get the mail and find a notice from the local EMS, saying that our account is delinquent and we 10 days to pay a $360 bill or they will send us to collections. Oh, thank you SO much. Especially as this is a bill from September of last year which was SUPPOSED to have been paid by our insurance company.
I seriously despise BCBS at times. I also love that the EMS are apparently one of the few companies who have been instantly able to update our address correctly, yet I’m still having arguments with our cell phone company even though I’ve called them several times.
Sorry, this makes me giggle. I don’t like BCBS at all. And I do billing for an ambulance company.
Ah. Yeah. BCBS. I don’t think I ever updated about that. I should do that now…well, tomorrow, I need sleep, because it gets funnier.
