So today we were house hunting again, unfortunately in our area there aren’t any condos for sale because we would seriously love to get a condo, but you go with what’s available. One of the places we looked at, it was like the heavens opened up when the wife of the family who own it told us that they need to close quickly because they’re trying to get out of the country, especially as it was one of the nicest places we’d seen.

I was practically dancing up the driveway.

Our realtor is drafting up a contract tonight, and we’re going to sign it tomorrow before my husband goes to work and then we get to see if they are as willing to entertain offers as they suggested or if they want to negotiate a bit and meet us in the middle.
