We’re hoping to be able to go and buy a car today. I don’t know if we will. I’m still looking at the money in the bank account, what’s coming out versus what’s coming in. Next week is rent week, and while I did win $5 off our rent yesterday because I finally remembered to go check out the monthly drawing our apartment complex does…it’s still going to be tricky. We have another paycheck this month, which is nice…but I’m paranoid. I know that we’ll be able to manage it, but I’m scared something else will go wrong after we make a big purchase such as this. Last time I splurged and got my licenses for tarot that was when the other car collapsed and died.
In slightly less life-changinging things I’ve rearranged my sidebar here once again. I decided instead of just not displaying my categories because there were so many I should condense some of them so that they were easier to navigate and put them back, which is what I’ve done. I may yet condense a few more, but my eyes are crossing right now and seeing as the munchkin is still asleep I’m going to pay some bills so I can get a better look at what’s going on with our money.
