So we get back from moving some stuff to the new house and I discover that I'm more grateful than I thought I was, in fact I'm very, VERY glad that generously gave me a gmail invite yesterday.

My domain mail is on the fritz, for some reason it's saying it sends and recieves, but I have a very hard time believing that I would have one email on two accounts since yesterday. I know it's New Year's Eve and I expected my traffic to be lower, so I wasn't too suprised to see only one email from overnight, but nothing at all today I didn't even get back the email I sent to the wedding ML this morning.
I seem to be not the only one, about a third of the drak.net hosts are having the same issue. It's funny because drak's owner has been feeling out a server move for the past week because she had rumblings that something was going down with the one we have now, seems like she was right.

But if it wasn't for gmail I wouldn't know what was going on, because our host has a mailing list set up for members and staff to talk to each other in times such as these so that they can get a picture of the scope of an issue, and so they can keep us informed of plans and so on.

Yay, Jada! Yay!

Bizarrely my domain itself is still up, just apparently there's a little gremlin somewhere eating all my email O.o I hope it gets indigestion!

I will be home tonight because I want to be well enough to drive tomorrow, but I will be out of town from about eleven tomorrow until who knows when Sunday. D and I are visiting Seiya and Steph.
So, hopefully it's fixed by the time I get back because I need to know if Dr. G is as generous as Dr. K. But if anyone needs to send me anything that they'll need me to look at when I get back and they want to be sure I get it, the above email is the best bet.
